How to Create the GIF Image in Photoshop
To create the GIF images with Photoshop is very easy. It is also called Animation. I use Photoshop CC. GIF image actually the collection of many images and then plays in order that they look like video. To make the GIF images two or more images required, to show them over and over to create animation. I also put the Video at the bottom of the post.
1. Import the first image in Photoshop
Place the Images in Order: Before import images in Photoshop, make sure you place them in order (in which you want to create), Import First Image: Then take the first image in the Photoshop by select and drag into Photoshop or press Ctrl+O to open and select the image. Note: Make sure that the image mode is RGB. Go to “Image” tab from Mode select the RGB color.

2. Import the other images in Photoshop
Import All Images: Now select the all rest images by press/hold Shift+Alt and select them, then insert these images on the first image (you already insert into Photoshop). Press Enter: Now press Enter, Enter and Enter…. Until all images place on the first image. Like this…

3. Open the Timeline Panel
Place the layer in Order: First of all take a look on layer panel, they are in order? If not (In this case 2017 layer is not after the 2016) place them in order. Open the Timeline: Go to the “Window” tab in the menu bar and choose the “Timeline” option. Timeline panel will appear at the bottom of the image. Like this…

4. Create Frame Animation
Click on Create Frame Animation: Click on “Create Frame Animation”, if the “Create Video Timeline” at this place and “Create Frame Animation” not shown, then click on the small arrow beside the “Create Video Timeline” and choose the “Create Frame Animation”. Now click on it. Like this…

5. Make Frames From Layers
Make Frames From Layers: Then click on the small button on the right side of the “Timeline” panel, choose the “Make Frames From Layers” from it. Play animation, click on play button. This animation is very fast, the delay is 0 second. Increase the delay time to slow down the animation. Like this…

6. Increase-Decrease Delay time
Change Delay Time: To slow down the animation, select all the frames press hold Shift+Alt and click on the first frame and last frame. Click on the small arrow at the bottom of any frame, now change the delay time to 0.1, 0.2, 0.5 or other. Or you can set the different delay times on each frame. Like this…

7. Save as Gif
Play the animation, when all is well. Save as GIF: Then save this as a GIF, go to the File tab in the menu bar, from Export click on Save for Web or press its shortcut key “Ctrl+Shift+Alt+S” this brings up the Save as GIF panel. Fit the image by clicking on “Fit in View”.

8. Looping Options
Change the Lopping Options: You can change the GIF “Looping Options” Once or Forever. Once: Once mean GIF animation play one time and stop (to play again, click on it). Forever: Forever mean GIF animation play again and again automatically (It never stop). Click on Save to save the as GIF. Like this…

9. View the Gif image in Browser
View in Brower: After saving the GIF image on the PC. To view GIF open it in any Photo Viewer software, but many does not support GIF. The best way to view GIF is to put in any internet browser and see it. Click on the GIF and drag it to the browser. Like this…
